Description:
Maize variety B73 was infected with 10^6 spores per ml as drop infections of Colletotrichum graminicola. Infected leaf spots were collected 0, 24, 48, 120
hours post infection.

Total RNA was isolated from infected leaf spots Illumina mRNA-Seq Sample Prep Kit was used to process the samples, according to Illumina protocol.
RNA-seq reads were mapped by MaizeGDB to Zm-B73-REFERENCE-NAM-5.0. using STAR. Bigwig files were generated using bedtools genomecov -split -scale 1.0 
followed by kentUtils bedGraphToBigWig.
